The Agent Inc.
Ted Cerou is a distinguished talent and brand strategist with a career bridging fashion, luxury, art and entertainment. He is a graduate of the European Superior Institute of Fashion (Institut Supérieur Européen de Mode) in Paris, France, and holds two Master’s degrees in Business Management and Strategy from the European Federation of Schools (FEDE - Fédération Européenne des Ecoles) in Geneva, Switzerland, combining creative vision with business acumen.
He began his career at John Galliano’s development office and fabric studio, later coordinating Women’s Wear at LANVIN and assisting Estrella Arch at Emanuel UNGARO. In 2012, he joined IMG Models to support the European Vice President, managing high-profile clients including Gisele Bündchen, Julianne Moore, and Laetitia Casta. His expertise in fashion and client relations led Casta to invite him to join her management team, where he oversaw campaigns, film collaborations, and promotional events for top-tier brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, and L’Oréal Paris.
Inspired by this experience, Cerou founded The Agent Inc. Limited in London, enabling him to work with models, actors, performers, and influencers across global luxury brands such as Cartier, Chopard, Chaumet, De Beers, Roger Vivier, APM Monaco and Moët Hennessy (MHCS). His professional network and communication skills allow him access to a wide range of talented artists including Academy Award winners Christoph Waltz, Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman and Rachel Weisz, Golden Globe nominee Rebecca Hall, and icons like Lady Gaga and Cara Delevingne. Notably, he led the historic Dom Pérignon P2 Champagne campaign in 2016, achieving unprecedented marketing visibility for the Maison. This success paved the way for Cerou to become the first consultant to promote all vintages through 10 ambassadors and four campaigns in less than a decade.
Cerou’s career is defined by the creation of unique, purposeful partnerships that seamlessly connect talent with brand identity, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor and visionary across fashion, luxury, and entertainment. This was most recently illustrated through his collaboration with Chopard, where he assisted in sourcing the perfect actress to serve as godmother of their Trophée — a role that has previously featured superstars such as Natalie Portman and Angelina Jolie.
